The Bridge Yoga Co
These yoga classes are focused on breath and movement, all while exploring yoga philosophies. You can expect creative movement, breath and freedom to be yourself. All levels welcome. This class is intended to nourish and refresh both mentally and physically while providing strengthth & Challenge.
Chelsey Finke is a 350 hr (and working) RYT. She started teaching in 2015 after falling in love with the practice and completing her first training. Yoga is an outlet to explore, to move and to be exactly as we are. Chelsey likes to focus her classes on how our breath aids our movement and how yoga moves us beyond the mat, always encouraging her students to make yoga their own journey. Yoga has served her in so many ways, which is why Chelsey is so passionate about sharing it with others. Chelsey's Classes are for anyone and everyone. Come as you are!
